New York is without a doubt the greatest city I have ever visited. I love the attitude, the hustle, the diversity, the insanity.

Far less visited, but equally interesting is Washington DC. Blessed with hundreds of museums and galleries DC has plenty to see and do. DC is also an easy place to find your way around. Every corner around the capitol has a black SUV with helpful men in dark suits and ear-pieces who will let you know where to go.

My favourite thing to do in Los Angeles is go to Samy's Camera. It is a huge store of cameras, digital imaging and gadgets! As you browse, drool and add to your wish list it is amusing to overhear other photographers talking about their latest shoot with Gwyneth, Winona or Paris. The other great thing about Samy's (no, they aren't paying me to say this!) is their staff are genuinely helpful in the very best American tradition and also know what they are talking about! Heaven! Now, where is that lottery ticket. . .
