Fiji

Fiji is my favourite place to really relax. Obviously, many islands have superb beaches, good food and lovely bures, but the real reason I love Fiji is the people. I have yet to go anywhere in the world with more genuine, friendly people.

In 2003 we were lucky enough to get married on the beach in Fiji. Our day couldn't have gone better. If you are looking for a truly memorable, stress-free wedding I would strongly recommend Octopus Resort on beautiful Waya Island in the Yasawas. The fact that they also have an amazing dive package had nothing to do with our decision. . .
